Bruce Mabee helps organizations address difficult problems in practical ways. In three decades of consulting and management work, he has learned how to cut through the complexity and get people working together. He adapts proven tools and methods to keep the focus on the key issues.

Three main services are often combined for a specific situation.

Facilitation and Coaching:  Getting the right people communicating and taking action together is critical when important goals are at stake.

Strategic Planning:  Bruce specializes in helping leaders and teams
build strategy that addresses the real priorities and gets implemented.

Consulting Skills and Change Competencies:  Intensive workshops
and coaching have been used world-wide to boost professionals and leaders who must consult, facilitate and lead in the most difficult situations.

Bruce has led global projects and teams in high-consequence crises, yet much of his work reaches immediate goals, setting the stage for larger “milestones.”

He has served over 120 corporate, government and not-for-profit clients in the US, Europe, Asia and Latin America. Many clients have returned for 5-10 years.

Examples of large systems include Rush University Medical Center, CVS/Caremark, Motorola (Six Sectors on Three Continents),
The Federal Aviation Administration, Harris Bank, The Scottish Executive (National Government), Sargent & Lundy Engineers, CINergy and BP Amoco.

Small organizations have included Food For Thought, Farr Associates Architects & Planners, The Gaylord and Dorothy Donnelley Foundation,
The American Association of Clinical Pathologists, Hyde Park Day School, Teen Living Programs, Center for Religious Architecture, Family Shelter Services and Capitol Missions.

In The Consulting Workshops, which have fostered business partnerships world wide, Bruce teaches the methods that he uses in his consulting. He has taught Leadership and Change in the graduate programs of Aurora University,
The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, DePaul, Loyola and the University of Chicago. He is Board Advisor and former President of the
OD Network of Chicago. Bruce is a charter member of the CPLP certification.
